NBSC Strengthens GCED Mainstreaming through Educator’s Participation in GCC Regional Hubs Summit 2025
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) proudly highlights the successful participation of Ms. Je Ann Marie E. Guibone, a DGEC faculty in the GCC Regional Hubs Summit 2025, held on July 23–25, 2025, at Pangasinan State University, Lingayen Campus.
Carrying the theme “Promoting Cultures, Connecting Minds, Transforming Futures: Advancing GCED through Whole School Approach,” the summit gathered educators, regional hub focal persons, and advocates to exchange impactful strategies in Global Citizenship Education (GCED) and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD).
Ms. Guibone represented NBSC sharing the institution’s initiatives in integrating GCED principles through the curriculum and institutional activities. Her participation marks a significant contribution to the growing national effort to promote inclusive, peace-oriented, and sustainability-driven education.
This milestone was made possible through the full support of NBSC President Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, CESE, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Jovelyn G. Delosa, and the Community Extension Services Division (CESD) led by Mr. Alven L. Gomez. Their collective leadership continues to steer NBSC’s vision of becoming a leading institution in transformative education, global citizenship, and community engagement.
NBSC remains steadfast in its mission to mainstream GCED through the Whole School Approach—fostering globally aware, locally grounded learners and educators.
